Read our explanation in our announcement article. In short, we are are building a program focused adding capacity towards: 1. Anti-authoritarian interventions 2. Focused on protecting democratic institutions (elections, legislature, representation, judiciary, media, civic space) 3. With Europe as geographical scope.

We are currently not focusing on interventions focused on civic education, public-opinion campaigning, ideological politics, or democratic system-innovation.

We're building a program (to launch in 2027) that funnels experienced professionals into civil society organizations on the frontline of this work.

This Survey

We are focusing our initial efforts on four countries where we believe there is real potential for change.

This survey helps us understand the local context better. Before we dive in, we want to understand what is already happening on the ground in each place: who is doing the work, what communities are already activated, and what resources exist to learn from.
